Salesbox is a service for sharing information about a supplier's products or services with a wide audience of Internet users. As a user of the service, you are a “user.” Any services offered by us will be referred to as “Salesbox,” “Service,” “website,” or “Salesbox.me.” The Salesbox service is located at the domain addresses Salesbox.me.
Facebook® Messenger, Viber®, Telegram® Messenger, VKontakte®, Facebook®, and their respective logos are registered trademarks and are not affiliated with Salesbox.
1. Eligibility
To use Salesbox, you must:
be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the capacity to enter into contracts;
complete the registration process;
agree to the Terms;
provide accurate, complete, and current contact information.
By using Salesbox, you warrant that you comply with all of the above requirements and that you will not use Salesbox in a manner that violates any laws or regulations. Salesbox may refuse service, terminate accounts of any users, and change the eligibility requirements at any time.
2. Terms
The Terms begin when you register an account on the Salesbox.me website, hereinafter referred to as the “Website,” and continue as long as you use the Service. Entering your username and clicking the complete registration button means that you have accepted the Terms. If you are logging into Salesbox on behalf of a company or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Closing your account
You or Salesbox may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason. We may suspend our Service or close your account at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund a pro-rated portion of your monthly prepayment. We will not refund monthly payments if there is a violation of these Terms. Upon termination of your account, we may permanently delete your account and all associated data.
4. Changes
We may change any of the Terms by posting the revised Terms of Use on our website and/or by sending an email to the last email address you provided to us. If you do not terminate your account within ten (10) days, the new Terms will take effect immediately and apply to any continued use or new use of Salesbox. We may change the Website, the Service, or any features of the Service at any time.
5. Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password. You are also responsible for any account to which you have access, regardless of whether you are authorized to use it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We do not have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we can only reset your password.
6. Marketing
Depending on the information you provide to us, we may use information about your company for marketing purposes, such as displaying reviews, including your company name and/or logo. User personal data, conversations on the platform, or any other personal information are not subject to the above-mentioned marketing purposes.
7. Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy is considered part of these Terms.
8. Price Changes
We may change our monthly payments at any time by posting new pricing plans on the Site and in the Service and/or by sending you an email notification.
9. General Rules
Please note that the following actions violate our Terms of Service:
Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
Transmitting content (in status, profile pictures, or messages) that is illegal, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Being annoying to other users.
Being a repeat offender.
In the event of repeated violations of the General Rules, we reserve the right to immediately close your account without notice.
10. Refunds
You are not entitled to a refund if your account has been blocked or suspended by messaging networks supported on the platform, over which we have no control. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund a pro-rated portion of your monthly prepayment.
11. Network availability
You understand that Salesbox is not affiliated with any social networks or messengers such as Facebook® Messenger, Viber®, Telegram® Messenger, VKontakte®, Facebook®. Salesbox provides a service based solely on these social networks. They may change/continue/close the availability of their services at any time, which directly affects their availability in Salesbox.
As a Salesbox user, you agree that Salesbox is not responsible for the full availability of the above-mentioned social networks at any time.
12. Service availability
Salesbox is not responsible for any interruptions in the service. Salesbox disclaims all liability under any circumstances, even if they arise as a result of our negligence or we have been notified of the possibility of such interruptions.
13. Storage of personal data
Salesbox is not responsible for any loss of users' personal data under any circumstances, even if they arose as a result of our negligence or we were informed of the possibility of such losses.
14. Reporting abuse
If you believe that someone is violating any of these Terms, please report it to us immediately. If you have received spam that you believe came from a Salesbox user, we want to hear about it. If you believe that someone has posted material that infringes any copyright, you can also report this to us.
15. Compliance with Laws
You warrant that your use of Salesbox will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for determining whether our Service is suitable for your use, taking into account any provisions or laws.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any damages arising from your use of the Website and the Service, including any downloads from the Website. We and our team will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they arise as a result of our negligence or we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims made against the Service in any month will not exceed what you paid us for the Service in the month before that.

As far as the law allows, we provide the stuff on the Website and in the Service “as is.” This means that we make no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of performance, profitability, effectiveness, and fitness for a particular purpose.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our team harmless from any damages (including attorney's fees) resulting from any claims and complaints in which you are involved and which arise from a breach of these Terms and are not permitted by these Terms in connection with the “Limitation of Liability” or other provisions. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages (including attorney's fees) arising from third party claims that you or someone using your password did something that, if true, violates any of these Terms.
